Take a look at the serial number on the bottom of the laptop.
From HP Expert @Paul_Tikkanen
"You can only get down to the year and week of manufacture.
The 4th, 5th and 6th characters of the serial number will always be numbers.
The 4th character is the year.
The 5th and 6th characters are the week of manufacture.
For example if the 4th, 5th and 6th characters are 725, the PC was made in 2017 in the 25th week of the year (June, 2017)."
