Your HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0056wm (6WC31UA), according to the HP manual: https://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06377664.pdf, can be upgraded up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks.
However, Crucial, as per: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/pavilion-gaming-15-dk0056wm#memory, specifies that you can upgrade your RAM up to 2 x 32GB RAM. They list DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz RAM, which will down throttle to 2666 MHz.
Hope this was helpful.

The fastest RAM speed your laptop will allow is 2666 MHz because any of its processors -such as the i7-9750H has 2666 MHz as its upper RAM speed ceiling:

The max speed for your laptop is 2666 MHz:
No matter if you install 2666+ MHz RAM, say 3200 MHz RAM, it will always down throttle to 2666 MHz, exactly what happened to this HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk0xxx User:
