Your machine is a CTO machine therefore we don't know what is its REAL specs, you should know because you ordered it. Depending on the screen type (touch/non touch. FHF/UHD ...) for part alone it would cost from $500 to $850.
Normally you can't claim warranty in this case UNLESS you paid for accidental damages protection BUT please call HP in your country/region first.
