even after changing thermal paste for CPU and GPU using mx4, fan speed and sound is too high when playing games
even that temperature is under 75 Celsius for CPU and GPU is on 70 Celsius...
I have hp coolsense turned off btw
Is there a way to control fan speed or limit CPU voltage or something like that?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand that you want to control fan speed, I am glad to assist you today.
You can try these steps:
- Control Panel Advanced power plan settings and changing the system cooling policy
- Activating HP CoolSense
- Setting Fan Always On in the BIOS
Let me know if you need help with these solutions.
Setting the Fan to always on in the BIOS will ensure that the fans are running at max all the time until you turn it back off. This may be helpful during gaming-only sessions.
you may also try this document: Reduce heat inside the laptop to prevent overheating in Windows
Hope this helps!
