Sorry, but you're not giving us enough information for us to help you.
First off, installing a new copy of Windows will overwrite any existing copy -- effectively "eraseing" the old version.
Second, you're not telling us what DOES happen, only that you're unable to install Win7 64-bit. We need to know the details of HOW you're doing this, and what errors you're encountering in the process.
We can proceed once you provide the information.

The laptop was bought with win 7 home 32 bits after the hard disk brake down i decide to install a new hard diskWD 1.OTB
i trye to install WIN7 Pro 64 bits when i check in the bios it tell me that the running is win7 home 32 bits . after several operations i just turn around that no etheir the video or the network is working i have just a blue screen with the win image and the start
