i bought HP 3y BNextBusDayOnsite Notebook only SVC on 6juli 2021

i have to register but i'm already trying since then but stil does not happen. to day is 20. I'm trying to get in contact but there is no fonenumber avaleble . How do i do so and how i get my money back if its still not working?

sorry Promethee did not work. is not easy for people who does not know notebooks, and other coputer stuff so good.

Ad the end somebody from HP fixed the problem but do not ask me how.
