Product: HP 255 G5
Hey,
I have an HP 255 G5 notebook running Linux. The notebook needs a BIOS update. Unfortunately I can not run the EXE under Linux. That's why I started it on another computer and used it to copy the software to a USB stick. Unfortunately the 255 G5 notebook does not want to boot from this stick. It reports "please insert a bootable medium".
How can I solve this problem?

Please see the post below. You'll find that Linux users have successfully updated BIOS.
