Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

MOdel # 15-dw2025cl, PROD ID - 2Z155UA#ABA   S/N [Personal Information Removed]

 

I am trying to upgrade the hard disk as it is failing but cannot open the case.  Could you please provide a link to any helpful article or video for this model?   I have searched the web unsuccessfully.  Thanks

HP only has the maintenance and service guide for the older 15-dw0xxx model series on your notebook's support page.

 

HP 15-dw2000 Laptop PC series Manuals | HP® Customer Support

 

Hopefully the manual is also good for the 15-dw2xxx model series.

 

There is also this service teardown video for the 15-dy0xxx model series which is listed in the above service manual.
