Going through your post, I see that the right-click button on your mouse is not working. I’d suggest you try and reinstall the drivers to try and fix this issue. Here are the steps:

 

  • Click the bottom-left Start button on the desktop, type device manager in the search box and tap Device Manager on the menu.
  • Go into Device Manager, then "Mice and other pointing devices".
  • Right-click on the touchpad driver, and select "Uninstall".
  • Restart the computer. This will force a new driver to be written based on the detected hardware.

 

If the issue persists, then try using a different mouse to further isolate the issue. It could be possible that mouse is having a hardware issue or the button might be stuck.
