Hello
I've replaced my motherboard on my laptop with has fixed the original fault but caused another.
When i boot up the laptop I get a message saying: product information not valid
I've followed the instructions in the link below and used HP BIOS configuration utility to enter the product name and product number but I get a "access denied" when I try and enter the serial number
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rP3A3HWM_-Q
Is there any other way to enter the serial number into the new motherboard?
Thanks for your help

Hello
Thanks for your reply.
I've followed the link you provided and have my motherboard ct number. When I click on the support tab and select my laptop details I can't find a link to contact a hp support agent, am i missing something?
Its probably right in front of me but I can't see it, lol
Thank you
