hi,

i have purchased Hp 14 pavilion x360- ek0078tu 12th gen, laptop is getting heat with 10mins of use. i don't know what to do. have  to raise a issue and diagnosis. i switched from i3 to i5 for better heavy works but i don't think it will work out within 5mins it will start heating means what else we can expect. battery also drops fast not as per company promises.
