I need expertise to advise whether hp 14s-cf0068tx can support to use ssd NVMe?

Hi:
You will have to open up the notebook and confirm that the optional M.2 SSD board and bracket are present.
If your notebook did not come with a M.2 SSD, it is very possible the slot is not there.
Below is the link to the service manual...

If your notebook has a M.2 slot, it does support NVMe drives. See chapter 1.
Chapter 3 has the additional parts if necessary...Will probably very hard to find.

Yes, according to the HP service manual you can install a NVMe drive in there as well.
Here is the link to the crucial memory/ssd report for a similar model to yours. It does not have the info for your specific model.

You can see from the list of M.2 SSD's they offer both sata and NVMe
