I would like to add Bluetooth to my laptop without purchasing a dongle I would like to replace the WLAN card with a WLAN plus Bluetooth card. So please which one will work for my specific laptop

Hi:

 

You can replace the RTL8188EE wifi card with this model that is both dual band AC and has Bluetooth...

 

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.

 

You can find this model on eBay, or Ali Express.  I see an Intel cards listed at the top of the eBay listings, so don't buy those.

On the Ali Express listings, make sure the card has the HP Part # of 915620-001
