hp 15 bs1xx does it support m.2 SATA SSD or m.2 NVMe PCIs SSD

Hi, i am currently using HP Laptop 15-bs1xx with 1 tb hdd as primary storage. as the installed hdd is not fast enough i would like to upgrade my laptop by adding m.2 SATA SSD or m.2 NVMe PCIs SSD but i am not sure with the compatibility of my laptop motherboard and the bios

If your notebook has a M.2 slot, the slot only supports SATA SSD's, not NVMe.


See chapter 1 of the service manual for the supported drive types.
