HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)

All of a sudden, not even after a restart or anything similar, the fan on my hp 15-ef2126wm notebook starting making a loud whirring noise, and is shaking around a lot; I can feel the vibrations on my keyboard as I am typing. I tried to clean out the fan to no avail and the noise has since gotten worse.
