hp 15s-eq3045au battery life is only half (4 hours) of its supposed length (9 hours and 30 minutes)

my laptop never lasts more than 5 hours even when I'm just browsing social media. It also lasts only 3 hours while I'm in a meeting in ms teams. When I checked the battery it seemed fine. The expected battery life for this laptop is supposed to be up to 9 hours and 30 minutes so I'm just a bit paranoid about the battery life since its still pretty new.

(1) Run    msinfo32

(2) Download and install BIOS Update

(4) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !

(5) Change Windows 11 <power mode>

Set <Best power efficiency> (saves energy by reducing the device performance when possible.)

(6) Restart Windows

(7) Test your notebook and battery runtime
