hp 17-p120wm Laptop RAM Upgrade DIY or in shop service

I cannot find the information regarding max ram upgrade or how to disassemble so that I can purchase new ram and install it myself.

It currently has the factory installed 4GB DDR3L SDRAM (1 DIMM).

I use a great repair shop and if I cannot install it myself they will for me if I can purchase the max ram for this model.

I am atrying to purchase the proper 4MB Ram card for my HP 17 w120pm  In trying to select the proper memory, I was told by the seller that this card comes in high-density or low-density versions and they are not compatible when paired up.  SInce I am paying to have this installed, I would like to get the right one from the start but I can't find the complete specs on the factory installed memory.  Any idea if there is anywhere I can get the detailed specs?  Thank you.
