hp 250 g8 nvme version does not come with 2.5 inch hdd caddy, where can I buy the caddy if I want to upgrade to us hdd as well. thank you

The notebook comes configured with either a 2.5" mechanical hard drive, or an NVMe SSD.

 

HP 250 G8 Notebook PC

 

You would have to find and buy the parts to add a 2.5" drive to the notebook.

 

It would be much easier to just replace the NVMe SSD with one having a larger storage capacity.

 

If you want to try your luck with finding the parts you need, you can refer to chapter 3, page 18 of the service manual for the parts required to add a 2.5" drive.

Hard drive board  L52024-001
NOTE: The hard drive board cable is available using spare part number L52025-001.
