hp CDDVDW SU-208FB upgrade to Win10 and will not read any disk

after upgrade to windows 10 several accessories di not work but manged to get all woeking except DVD/CD.  It will not read any disc althougfh systems sees the disc

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution: 

Is the drive getting detected in the device manager?

Is it that the drive is detected but it isn't detecting or recognizing any discs inserted?

While you respond to that, here's what you need to do:

Click here, if CD/DVD Drive Is Not Detected

And If the drive is detected but the discs aren't: Click here for steps.

yes the drive is detected but the discs aren't   I tried "Click here for steps" but keep gett the site cant be reach.  Help please
