My new laptop disconnects from my internet at least once or twice within a 15-minute period. If I wait, it will reconnect on it's own. If I am not patient, I can disconnect and reconnect. I have verified my internet connection and have other devices (phones & TV's) which are connected to the internet and display no problems.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if updating the Realtek Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP has for your notebooks Wi-Fi adapter helps any:
This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8821CE, RTL8822BE, RTL8822CE, RTL8852AE, RTL8852BE, RTL8852CE, and RTL8851BE wireless LAN Controllers in supported computer models using a supported Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.

Hello.
Try downloading the updated Realtek wireless LAN drivers for you laptop. The description says this:
"Fixes an issue which causes the connection to drop when the system is used in a wireless environment with excessive RF noise."
