No they only have 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) port, not Thunderbolt™ 3. At this stage, vendors still use one symbol for few different specs.

Please is there any HP laptop that supports thunderbolt 3 ? Will this laptop in question ever be able to support thunderbolt 3 with a firmware update in the future?Thank you
- There are many HP machines support Thunderbolt™ 3 and Thunderbolt™ 4. You can look at newer Sprectre range machines.
- No, your machine can't use firmware/driver to make it USB-C port to be a Thunderbolt™ 3 port. That's impossible
