I recently did a battery check through my support assistant and the results suggested me to replace my battery. There was a link provided in the support assistant to purchase my new battery. In the link there were two batteries hp VI04 battery and hpLA04. My doubt is which one should I choose?
And can i go for a better battery? or just the same 2850mAh battery ? confused

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. I came across your post and would like to assist.
I understand that you would like to know which battery to purchase from the two options: HP VI04 battery and HP LA04.
I did some research using some internal tools and suggest you to go for the HP LA04 battery because that is the closest and the compatible one for your laptop. This laptop has been tried and test ed with only the 2850mAh battery. No higher capacity battery has been tested yet for this model.
Hope this answers your question. Let me know. Cheers! 🙂
