Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP-15-ay511ur (OS Windows 10 version 1803).  Can I use the  tecnologia HP CoolSense on my notebook?

Hi:

 

Yes, but you may need to install the Microsoft Net Framework 3.5 before installing the HP coolsense software.

 

In W10 you do that by going to the windows control panel>Programs>Turn Windows Features on or off>check the Microsoft Net Framwork box when the list of programs populates.

A hp coolsense is installed. 

How ! can know that special hardware is installed or not ?

Coolsense only reports that it is on or off.

 

If the program was not supported in your PC, it would not have installed.
