Device Details:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Version: 19045.5131
Microprocessor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3437U CPU @ 1.90GHz
System Memory: 16 GB
System Board: 18DF KBC Version 62.19
System BIOS: 68IBD Ver. F.73
Wireless Card: Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6205
Problem:
No Bluetooth. HP Connection Manager doesn't support Windows 10. I need the Bluetooth option alongside dual-band Wi-Fi.
Details:
Current Wireless Card: Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6205 (supports 2.4 and 5 GHz dual-band Wi-Fi but no Bluetooth).
Attempted Solution: Tried Intel AC3160HMW wireless card. Device not detected. Updated BIOS and installed WiFi-23.50.0-Driver64-Win10-Win11. Device Manager - Network Adapters shows no AC3160. BIOS has no option either. Planning to try Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260.
Request:
Please suggest a working network card (dual-band Wi-Fi + Bluetooth) or help me resolve the Bluetooth problem. Thank you.

From what you posted, it sounds like your notebook has a BIOS whitelist which blocks the installation of any other model Wi-Fi card not listed in chapter 3 of the service manual from working.
If the 3160 AC didn't work, neither will the 7260 AC.
W10 would have automatically installed the Wi-Fi driver for the 3160 AC, and the latest wifi driver from Intel does not support either the 3160 AC or the 7260 AC.
As a matter of fact, Intel has no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth drivers for either adapter on their website anymore.
There is only one model Wi-Fi card listed in the service manual that is both dual band and has Bluetooth and that is this one.
Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 HP Part # 670292-001
Intel® Centrino® Advanced-N 6235, Dual Band
It must have the HP part number on it, or it will not work.
If you are not getting an unsupported Wi-Fi adapter BIOS message, you can try this hack to see if you can get the 3160 AC to work:
