Product: HP ZBook 200W Thunderbolt 3 Dock

I know similar questions have been asked and have tried "all relevant", but none of the solutions work, maybe because this is a WIN11 installation?

My HP Elite x2 was upgraded to Win11 and the Thunderbolt dock started to fail.

The display ports started to act erradical and the USB2 ports stopped sending data but provides power.

I suspected a HW failure since they are from 2016, and have tried with two Thunderbolt 3 Docks,

- HP Elite Thunderbolt 3 65W  - 2016

- HP Zbook Thunderbolt 3 200W  

They look identical and both have P/N 841830-001

After hard reset by holding power button in for 30 sec. the display ports work, the same for the USB-C port, but the USB 3.0 ports does not work.

This may seem a minor problem but with Logitech Unifying adapter and Camera using USB 3.0 this is an absolute must have.

BTW: I am member since long before 2010 but suddenly HP decides i am newbie ??
