Hi,

 

Recently purchased a HP Elitebook 820 G1 laptop, it was previously used but wiped clean. I installed Windows 10 (x64) Education on it, and everything works flawlessly... Except for some of my function keys, namely f4 (monitor switch), f8 (mute microphone), f9 and f10 (brightness). The rest of the function keys are working fine when I press fn. I have tried enabling the Fn Key switch in BIOS, but that did not solve the problem, only then my working keys started to work without needing fn and my esc key stopped working completely. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else could be done?
