Hello every one,

I do have this Elitebook but without the wwan module, is it possible to by and add one of the supported module?

Thanks

Yes but you need a WWAN and a SIM card inside the laptop. You buy the WWAN on the parts market and then get the SIM from your wireless carrier.

Manual

See p. 26 for list of compatible WWAN modules. I have no idea which of the cards you need in Morocco. I would print out the page from the Manual and take it to your wireless carrier and see what they advise.

Thanks Huffer, the question was wether my laptop do actually support this upgrade, so your answer is yes.

The second question is whether this module is enough: https://www.aliexpress.com/i/32978268571.html

cause I don't see the part that comes to read the sim card maybe it's already present on the laptop.

Look at item 1 on page 7 of the Manual. There is a sim card slot on the side of the laptop. There is no whitelist in the BIOS so that WWAN card should work as long as your carrier says their SIM card will work with it.

Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.

I'll by and wait for the module and test all of this.

Thanks again
