Looks like it is solved after doing a battery reset

1- shutdown the laptop

2- removing everything connected to the laptop (power, usb ..etc)

3- press power button for 15 seconds.

4- problem is solved and now it is charging through the docking station

I don't know much about docking stations, but for those that do, a specific Model number or Product ID is helpful to them.
