HI,
I have hp elitebook 8570w with nvida quadro k1000m and i would like to change this card to something more gameable, i have found already some info that highest will be Nvidia Quadro k2000m without changing PSU. My question is which kind of PSU i will need to have to be able to upgrade above K2000, will i be able to put inside Nvidia GTX series?
thanks

The maximum wattage PSU for the series is 200-W AC adapter part # 693708-001. As you know, upgradeing MXM video card on laptop is NOT easy. You can't find the right part which is supported, you may NOT find MXM cards on retail shops at all.
Since machine only has 2 options therefor I would use the K2000M, not other cards and definitelt not new GTX cards.
Regards.
