hi there.... i've hp envy 14-2013tx beats edition notebook and i wanna to upgrade ram. can u tell me how max i can install?32gb, 16gb or only 8gb.... and i already ddr3l (low volage), can i install its on my notebook? i confused maybe its can burn because the voltage is higher (1,5v) than needed (1,35v for low voltage)

Here is the Service Manual:

 

Manual

 

Maximum memory is 16 gigs and it takes DDR3-1333 or DDR3-1600, 1.5 volt not 1.35 volt. Low-voltage memory will run at 1.5 volts but I am concerned about compatibility. Not really a good idea to mix voltages. If you install DDR3-1600 it will downclock to 1333 anyway. 

 

This is the specified 8 gig module:

 

8196-MB memory module (PC3, 10600, 1333-MHz) 634091-001

It should be DDR3-1333 and low density i.e. 8 black blocks on the side of the chip, not 4.
