HP ENVY - 17m-ae111dx

i have a hp envy - 17m-ae111dx.   The battery died and I purchased a new one.  It did no work.  I assumed it was a fulke and sent it back and purchased another one.  It does not work.

I updated all of the drivers.

I ran battery report and it was fine,

I removed the devices from device manager and reboot.

I unplugge the computer, removed the battery, removed the devices from deivice , tapped the F1 key for 90 seconds.

I put the the battery back and nothing changed.

I turned off pc for 9 hours and had power plugged in and it shown orange.  Still did not work.

The battery poswer light is Orange when plugged in and pc on.  Whe Pc is off it burns white.

Any ideas?
