This is a known problem for all users of this laptop. I've bought HP because i thought that it was a top company in laptops. I've had this laptop from 2020 and i was not using it, but rarely because i was using the company's laptop. I started using it last month every day and it got destroyed immediately. And i didn't even use the 360 mode, never. You know that this is a manufacturing problem with these funny plastic receptors. I am asking for a repair without having to pay something since this is HPs defective product and not a misuse of mine. If HP is a responsible company it will resolve the issue. If it will not, HP is never going to be in my list for any new device purchase. Thank you.
