The fan in the hp envy x360 convertible 15m cp0000 is too loud. How do  i solve this problem. I just bought the laptop and I am already thinking about returning it

I will try that. Also is there a way that I can increase the ram and harddrive size. my current specification is 4gb ram and 128gb ssd

You can upgrade your SSD Hard drive to 256 GB and Ram up to 8 GB
