Hi all,

I am one seriously disappointed customer with this product. I've only had it about 2years or so and the screen has broken off on both hinges. I could understand this if the machine took some heavy use, but it hasn't. If I had to average the amount of time it's been in use I would guess about twice for a few hours each week as it's only used for one application (I'm a Mac guy). Even then great care has been taken with it.

I loved using it and need to get it repaired so I'm hoping someone can give me some advice on this. My initial enquiries suggest that this is a tricky thing to do. It seems as though the plastic in the screen that the hing screws too has broken. Any suggestions would be helpful. Is this common?

I can't believe and am shocked that it broke so quickly. Anyway thanks for any responses...

Thanks Time-Hope, I guessed as much. I hope it can be fixed effectively enough as it is a nice computer to work on....and that from a Mac user!!!!!
