hp ir camera driver problem

HI. How are you?  Please help me and i will grateful to you.

 my product is HP ENVY x360 - 13m-ag0001dx

Serial number: [Personal Information Removed]

Product number:4AC53UA

It's operating system is microsoft windows 10 (64 bit) v  2004 build 19041.338

in my device manager , in camera section , there is hp wide vision  hd camera driver and in imaging device realtek usb 2.0 pc camera. there is no ir camera driver. and so my hello face setup fails. i tried by installing every driver provided by hp official support site. What is the solution of this problem?

Please try these steps - HP PCs - Troubleshooting Windows Hello Face Recognition

Also, try these steps to update the computer - 

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 2 HP Support Assistant Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Also, try updating the BIOS. Refer to this document for steps - HP Consumer Notebook PCs - Updating the BIOS (Basic Input Output System)
