Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

HP 14 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide

 

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.

 

Your notebook has two memory slots and each slot can take an 8 GB memory module for a total of 16 GB.

 

Below is the link to the Crucial memory report for your notebook.

 

Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | hp - compaq | hp 14 series | HP 14-ck1012tx | Crucial IN

 

The Crucial report indicates you can install 2 x 16 GB of memory, which could be possible since your notebook has an Intel 8th generation core processor.
