Product: Hp laptop

Hello, I Have an older HP laptop , yesterday when I tried to turn it on it started freezing, Not allowing me to be able to use the mouse pad, keyboard and the screen freezes to opening up desk top page. I've tried to hold the power button for the 15 seconds and it still shuts off and turns back on. when it turns on, I type In my pin and it stops at the desktop,

Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on and run at least one pass through memory and disk diagnostics.
If you do not have built in diagnostics get UEFI diagnostic here.
Do not attempt any repair or upgrade if disk or memory is faulty.
