Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp laptop model 15-D103TX  and intel i5 processor . Currently my laptop RAM is 4GB. I want to expand my RAM to 16GB(preferred) or 8 GB. Help me to understand if RAM expansion is possible for this model. If yes , please provide me a link or some support so that I can buy a right/suitable RAM for my laptop.  Waiting for your response
