hi

i am trying to buy replacment battery for my notebook , 

on back of it showes S/N # 8CG7428DQ2  , PRODUCT# 1KS76UAABA , MODEL 15M-BP112DX

WHEN I ENTER ANY OF ABOVE INFORMATION  ,SN  OR PRODUCT# OR MODEL NUMBER , I CAN NOT FIND THIS NOTEBOOK OR REPLACMENT BATTERY

WHAT SHOULD I DO ????? 

HOW CAN I FIND REPLACMENT BATTERY????

The battery part number and description is:

 

916814-855
Assembly-battery 3C 55Whr 4.8Ah LI LK

 

HP does not sell the battery you need, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to do a search by the HP battery part number and find a compatible aftermarket battery that references the HP part number.

 

Check on Amazon, eBay or laptopbatteryexpress.com.

 

Find a battery that has at least a 1-year warranty.
