someone out there must have the same problem. hp pavilion gaming laptop 15-dk0056wm. first noticed it said battery was low charger was plugged in I literally watched it drain. Thought it was charger bought a new port, did the same changed batteries 5 times would not stay on long enough to download anything. once the battery went in it drained so quick my hand was shanking because I knew it would drain quick. you can buy a new battery, but they are barely charged. light went out on charger, and it shut itself down. which was the glow on pc.I thought if I could just get a fully charged battery, I would have time. This happened 5 times. I was able to get in the system to uninstall Microsoft Acip-compliant. control method battery but it went down again. Trying to unstall it. This time took it out to the truck to charge by usb-c
this time the battery charged just it but it has done nothing since. I have another pc almost identically. battery was the same exact. still nothing. to shows signs of life. the battery in it now has charge the small light on the pc should at least come on. help love this pc want it back was even wondering if I could some how hook it to the good working one. any ideals ?
