HP Pavilion - 14-ce3501na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Purchased my HP Pavilion 14-ce3501na just before Christmas 2019 from my local electronics store and every time I used it the fan is just so noisy, sometimes I think that its going to take off.  If I leave the laptop on  in the dining room I can here it above the TV in the living room.  It has the latest BIOS version of F05 Rev A and all the lastest drivers from Microsoft plus all my INTEL drivers are up to date.

The Optane firmware is up to date also as I know that sometimes this can cause the CPU to work a little bit harder sometimes.

I have always had HP laptops and currently this is the WORSE one I have ever owned.  The processor is 10th Gen i5 with 16gb ram and with the 512gb SSD drive.

I don't know what to do with the computer, this is my main computer and not sure if I can take it back or contact HP Support.
