Hi everyone, I have HP Pavilion 15-BC006NS and I dont know what temperatures is safe for my laptop.
Room temperature around 30ºC - 31ºC
My HP Pavilion 15-BC006NS in IDLE (Desktop Temperatures):
My HP Pavilion 15-BC006NS after Gaming (Around 10 min😞
You could tell me if this is a correct temperature, 77ºC degrees in the core, it seems too much.
¿What is the safe temperature for this laptop?

As I understand you want to know what kind of temperature is safe for your laptop,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Did you know the HP 15 isn't designed for gaming but for everyday computing?
(Keeping in mind the basic needs of an average user surfing the internet or using it for normal tasks as such).
That said, I'm afraid your HP 15 is not designed for gaming, it's purpose is everyday computing and hence I would request you not to overload the computer with HD games such as the ones you've mentioned as this computer cannot handle it, to know about HP Laptops designed for gaming: Click here
You could try reducing the resolution on the in-game settings and switch the windows settings to performance rather than visual effects to make a minor change, however, the game may heat up your PC, hence make sure you are using a cooling pad as well, to be on a safer side.
Here's how you change windows settings:
- Go to Start Menu > click on Settings.
- Type performance > choose to Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows.
- In the new window, go to the Visual Effects and select Adjust for best performance.
- click Apply and Ok...this should do the trick.
NOTE: Generally, when temperatures inside the case rise above 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit), the risk of damaging important internal components increases greatly.

Like that is not a gaming laptop? So what's the 960M for? For youtube?
It does not make much sense that this laptop that I have is not for gaming, since it comes built-in the 960M and the i5 gives enough to play games of last generation with the graphics to the minimum. The cooling of this laptop is not very different from HP gaming notebooks which also incorporates 2 fans.

I play to the minimum although the 960m gives more of if, the graphics I leave them to the minimum so that it does not warm so much.
More than 35ºC and that the components are risk is clear, is something generic.
But what I want to know is the critical temperature of the CPU, Motherboard and GPU.
Because 77ºC I think a lot for the core.

As mentioned earlier, the 960M and the specifications of your laptop are for basic everyday computing that doesn't involve high-performance gaming as such.
That said, you may want to uninstall 3rd party programs to monitor the heat as HP doesn't support or recommend using them if you feel the computer is heating up during normal use (without games) as well, I recommend updating the BIOS, Video card & Chipset drivers by
Clicking here.
If the issue persists, please run a hardware test using this link: Click here for details.
And contact HP to set up a repair/replacement service depending on the test results:

(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.
(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.
(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.
(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get the phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
They will be happy to assist you immediately.
If the unit is under warranty repair services under the manufacturer's warranty will be free of charge.
