I installed a DDR4 ram sick into the laptop and it shows up as installed buy i saw it was not useing it even though it seys it is, I have done everything I know to make it use the ram but it just dose not want too.
It will hover around 9 to 8GP of unused ram as the built in radeon vega graphics card is being used 100%.
I will be playing a game and when I go to look at task manger it always shows like 8GB is not being used?
I say again, I have done all the normal things, did the boot thing, the page size thing.

Hello, I am sorry but I don't understand all. In your PC you have in factory 8 go of RAM:
It is different to your graphic memory integrated to your Vega card..
Do you have installed more RAM?? How much??
When you make a right clic on "this PC", and "properties", how much RAM is detected??

it seys 16 gigabites, and 13.9 can be used, I installed a DDR4 ram stick to get the other 8GB however the laptop will only use around 4 to 6GB when im playing a game, I dont understand why this is? I have gone into boot and made it use 16GB, did not work, made the page file size 13.9, did not work. Now when I turn of the built in radeon vega graphics card it works just fine, however I can play anything that uses DX11, Theres nothing online showing how to make it use the other 8GB, it should be useing it, but it just wont.
