hp pavilion dv 6000 mobile remote not working with windows 10

I have a laptop which I bought in the year 2008 and working fine till now. Mobile remote which came with this laptop is not working with windows 10 64bit even I change the battery in the remote. Do I need to run any driver for this or there is a problem with the remote.

Model # hp pavilion DV 6000 special edition  to be precise (

HP website will automatically detect your device and select the best installer for your OS.

Thanks for your response.........I Have Tried to Download Driver from the link(https://hp-mobile-remote-control-drivers.en.softonic.com/download) you have shared. But When I clicked on the link it is navigating to download page and if click download option driver is not downloading it is just showing your download completed. Please check the images below i shared

I did go through the image and it refers to incompatibilty driver with the current OS you may try with different OS.
