i WANT TO UPGRADE MY RAM, WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM RAM I CAN PUT, AND ITS SPECIFICATION, IF URL AVAILABLE FOR THE RAM WOULD BE GREAT.

It has 2 slots and support 8GB max. You can use RAM from the following reliable vendor

 

    http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP---Compaq/pavilion-dv6t-2000-cto

 

Note: dv6-2xxx and dv6t-2000 machines are on a same family.
