Hi. I have a HP Pavilion x360 convertible 14t-dw100 and I want to upgrade the ram module. I have 16gb in it, 2x 8gb. However I would like to increase it to 32gb, 2x 16gb. I tried to install a single module of HP Ram 32gb 3200 MHz SODIMM PC4-2500 CL22 but it didn't work on the laptop. So I would like to know if anyone could help me to identify what type of ram I can install that is compatible with my laptop

Your notebook can only support up to a 16 GB memory chip in each slot and chapter 1 of the service manual indicates the maximum memory is 2 x 8 GB:

But this should be a compatible 16 GB memory chip:

 

Crucial RAM 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL22 (or 2933MHz or 2666MHz) Laptop Memory CT16G4SFRA32A at Amazon.com
