Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My son had this laptop just over two years ago and it stopped working, i.e it will not turn on so he gave it to mje and bought a new one.

I have checked the charger, replaced the battery , done the reset and still no joy.

After the 30 second reset, holding power button, battery removed, I then plug in charger and orange charging light comes on.

I put battery back in and press power button, the power button white light comes on then the orange charging light goes off as does the power on light, tried same with no battery and it does the same.


I have also tired the Windows + B key combination also, but nothing.

That is a dead motherboard. What is the model number? Motherboards can be repaired. Replacement is generally more expensive than it makes sense to do. Repairs can be done by a high-tech shop for about $100-150 US.
