Product: hp probook 4530s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i would like to change my current processor which is a core i5-2410m for a faster processor with 4 core instead of 2 i was thinking the core i7-2960xm but i don't know if it is compatible with my probook any suggestions?

i7-2670qm is the top option:

The i7-2960xm is quite a bit faster processor. The 32nm lithography and socket type is the same but the xm is a 55w and the QM is a 45w so I doubt the xm would work on the motherboard.
