What is the currently installed processor?

Does your model have discrete graphics?

The system board will accept the Intel Core i7-2620M Processor (2.70 GHz, 4MB L3 cache, 2 cores/4 threads, 35 W)1

I have not seen any other 2nd Gen. Core i7 processors that have been listed as being compatible with your notebook.

The only discrete graphics module I have seen listed as being compatible gas only 512mb of installed memory. That would not make it truly viable for gaming.
