Good evening everyone,

 

my hp spectre x 360 13 aw, is having the following issues. when i start the laptop i cant use the keyboard and a small figure comes up with his hands raised in the air, when i click that i can use the on screen keyboard, I've tried numerous options including disabling the touch screen but nothing works all the drivers are up to date, but getting frustrated using the on screen keyboard, hope someone can help. Someone mentioned touchpad mode but cant find it anywhere on my laptop.
